How the Horta Sud Association put 14 rural municipalities on the map with zero marketing budget
14 small municipalities with no resources for their own tourism offices and underutilised tourism potential. Now they appear on Google and tourists discover them on their own.

The challenge
The challenges that led this entity to seek a comprehensive solution.
14 municipalities invisible on Google
None of the 14 municipalities had their own digital tourism presence. Their natural, gastronomic and cultural resources didn't appear in any online search.
Tourism resources undigitised
Over 400 tourist points of interest (routes, monuments, wineries, trails) existed only in internal documents with no digital representation or standardisation.
Tourists visiting only one municipality
The few visitors who reached the area rarely moved between municipalities due to lack of information about the association's integrated offering.
The solution implemented
Tourism 360 modules deployed in this project.
An SEO-optimised supra-municipal web portal was created, 420 resources were inventoried according to UNE 178503, kiosks were installed at main access points, and an AI route planner combining resources from several municipalities was implemented.

The results

Before / after comparison
“We had incredible tourism resources that nobody knew about. Now we appear on Google and visitors discover us on their own.”
